Our Refund and Cancellation Policy encompasses the BluePrint 3000 App and bundled products, such as Kingkong Supplements, available for purchase on our site. It is important to note that this policy differs for individual products and the BluePrint 3000 App. For products, customers may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in good condition, unused, and unopened. In cases of incorrect or unsatisfactory quality, we will issue a refund, covering reasonable return costs.
The BluePrint 3000 App is excluded from the definition of products, and its refund/cancellation policy is detailed below in number 3.1. Subscribers enjoy access for the subscribed duration, and it is important to understand the terms related to cancellation, refund, and subscription access.
- 7-Day Free Trial and Subscription Billing
1.1. During the 7-day free trial period of the BluePrint 3000 App, users are granted unrestricted access to premium content.
1.2. After the 7-day free trial, users will be automatically enrolled in the standard monthly subscription plan, and their accounts will be charged the regular monthly app fee.
1.3. Should users choose to cancel their subscription within the 7-day free trial, automatic enrollment and charges will be prevented.
1.4. Users who opt to continue their subscription after the trial period concludes are not eligible for refunds.
1.5. Notably, users who utilize Apple Pay or GPay for payments during the 7-day free trial period are not eligible for refunds.
- Premium App Content Access
2.1. In the event of subscription cancellation, users will retain access to premium app content until the subscription period concludes.
2.2. Upon expiration of the subscription period, users will no longer have access to premium app content.

3.1. The term "Products" encompasses goods available for purchase on our site, bundled with the BluePrint 3000 App. It is crucial to note that the refund/cancellation policy for individual Products does not extend to the BluePrint 3000 App.
3.2. Customers are permitted to return Products within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items remain in good condition, unused, and unopened.
3.3. In instances where the delivered product is incorrect or fails to meet satisfactory quality standards, we commit to issuing a refund, inclusive of reasonable return costs.
