Cancel Your Subscription the Right Way (or You’ll Still Get Charged)

• Go into your Admin Panel.

• Find the user.

• Click on Subscription Details → then hit “Cancel Subscription” (top right corner).

  Sounds done? Not yet...

⚠️ Most people mess up here.

• After that, go BACK to the user details.

• Click the Order Number.

• Now hit “Cancel Order” from the dropdown (same top-right spot).

 

⚠️ If you skip this last part, you’ll STILL get charged next month.
Don’t half-cancel. Do it right. One and done.
